Aishwary Gupta, is currently leading Global Partnerships for Payment and FinTech and Ecosytem Business Development in India at Polygon Labs. He has been into the industry from over 6 years, and has been assisting Web3 companies with their Go To Market and product designing. In the past he has worked with American Express and PwC.

Her dynamic career spanning over 15 years stands as a testament to her profound expertise in the capital markets. Over her illustrious tenure, which includes seven years in C-suite roles at renowned investment banks and companies, she successfully managed Sales & Trading turnovers exceeding $2.5 billion. Her extensive expertise encompasses fixed income, private equity, venture capital, and digital assets.
Former roles include COO/CIO at First Stage Labs (TON), and positions at Uralsib, Schildershoven Finance, Concorde Capital, and Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
Holding both a PhD and MBA, and with a deep understanding of the financial sector, Dariia employs her vast expertise and network to offer strategic guidance, operational support, and funding opportunities to tech entrepreneurs and startups.
Sarah Abuagela
CIO at Ceras Ventures
Sarah Abuagela has been active in the blockchain space since 2018 as a private investor and joined Ceras Ventures in 2021 where she is currently Head of Investment. Ceras Ventures is a global leading investment firm focusing on cutting-edge technology projects in the Web 3.0 and crypto space.
Sarah holds a MBA degree focusing on Fintech and Blockchain from University of Manchester and was involved in diverse research projects about potential mass adoption of cryptocurrencies and CBDCs in the retail sector. She is also speaker in events focusing on topics such as future trends of Web3 investments, due diligence process for start-ups, blockchain adoption use cases as well as crypto market outlook.

Karan Gandhi is a Senior Investment Associate at Cypher Capital – a $100m blockchain-focused venture capital fund based out of Dubai, UAE. Prior to working in Blockchain, Karan worked as a senior venture architect building tech startups for the largest licensing authority in the UAE.
He has vast experience scaling startups and has previously advised numerous tech startups in areas related to fundraising, business models, and market strategy.
Karan is a crypto evangelist and has been investing in blockchain projects since
2017. Academically, he is a CFA charter holder and has over 9 years of experience spread across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Banking.

Kyle was born and raised in California, served 12 years around the world while in the US Air Force, and worked at Goldman Sachs for almost seven years before joining Edge & Node two years ago.
